"System installed in linux server" Do you mean an application program installed in linux server or another OS installed in linux server (virtually)?!

"with windows 7 I can only access the front page of it but unable to log in"
What do you mean a front page?? (Login page page or what?)
Failed to login, which error message do you get (incorrect username/password) or just the page loads forever??!!
