Problem solving - how to and what ate the stages

Binadamu katika masiha yetu kila siku Iwe ni maofisini au nyumbani , Iwe ni kwenye mahusiano ya mpenzi siasa, uchumi, michezo etc tunakutana na matatizo yanayohitaji kutatuliwa. Matatizo Mengine ni mepesi sababu ni routine ( Yanajirudia rudia ) hivyo tunajua nini tufanye na mengine ni magumu sababu tunakutana nayo mara ya kwanza.

Problem solving ni jambo au changamoto anakutana nalo kila mtu . mwanafunzi shuleni, Rais, waziri Mkuu, Programmer, acountant, mwanasheria,Dereva na hata kichaa. teh teh teh

Sasa swali au changamoto je

• tunatumia njia gani kutatua matatizo ?
• Ni hatua zipi unapitia toka mwanzo wa tatizo mpaka mwisho wake?

Tunaweza tukawa hatutiliii maanani sana hatua tunazopitia kutatua matatizo lakini ni vema tuzijue.

Picha hapa chini ni summary ya hatua za kuttua matatizo( Problem Solving) . japo inatumika zaidi zaidi kwenye mambo ya ICT ni njia inaweza kutoa mwongozo wa kutatua mamtiz mengi ya fani mbali mbali



Watu wa wa IT wana njia nyingine amabyo wananatumia kugundua tatizo halisi kwenye shirika na kupendekeza njia sahihi ya kulitatua. Njia hii inatwa system analysis and design.

Katika IT system analysis and design kuna njia mbai mbali amabzo mtaalam anaweza kuchagua atumie ipi kugundua tatizo na kupendekeza suluisho . baadhi ya njia hizo ni kama System Development like Cycle( SDLC). Rapid Application Development( RAD), SSADM, Agile , etc

Ok here is the problem not 100% a programing prblem but it can have a computer related slutions.

As Director of secondary school education I come for your cosultacany so that my department can reduce time student ( O lovel and A level) waiting afterthey sit for their exam . I mean how can ICT help reduce time btn sitting it to the tme they get results. ?

I mean I want schools and student and school to get their result not more than eight (8) after they sit for their exam. Is it Possible? How

How will you approach that and what do u think will be your advice?

In understanding your requirement, I would need to know what you have in place (as early as possible engage the customer on likely solutions being amended/re-structured).
It appears that the thrust of the project is to shorten the time the results a re available, and notable benefitiary will be the students/parents. I would explore if your current internal processes will also require/benefit from this time reduction i.e. are there certificate/transcript print requirements that will result from this exercise and will the deemed reduced time affect their operations.
What is the form the exam is taken? can the marking be automated? For multiple question type exams, there are solutions that can read in the answer sheet and do an auto-marking but written exams will need separate considerations.

Improvements.
1). Physical/electronic delivery of completed exam papers
2). Automation where applicable of the marking system
3). Automation of a feedback mechanism, a dashboard system to relay information on the processes being undertaken for marking parties and stakeholders
4). Future improvements
