My friends, the Bank of Tanzania has completely failed to stop the rapid depreciation of the shilling! Leo shilling trading at 1720! Shame!

In addition, as the head of the central bank should be held responsible for all the IPTL transactions.

He has failed as a Governor to maintain price stability and haa been involved in the IPTL saga.

It time for him to go!

Umeusahau mbuyu-mtoto wa mkulima he should go too

He supposed to be out of the office with his brother Pinda and Mwigulu

He has killed our economy! Bei ya mafuta imashuka marginally! Wakati globally imashuka zaidi ya 30%.

What is the minister of finance doing? Juat giving politic statements? Pinda and his whole cabinet should resign immediately! Beno time to go too! Thanks for making us poorer during your tenor!

What ia making us poor is POOR leadership! They alwaya try to fool up with their excuses! If there is a problem..what are you doing about it? Dont just give us political statements! WAKE UP TANZANIA!

Mkuu as much as I agree for Ndullu to go lakini kwa hili mbona sera yao hiko wazi currency ndani ya taifa itaachwa hiwe determined na soko.

Sasa unless unajua exactly what is fueling the depreciation for instance inaweza kuwa huduma nyingi zipo quoted in dollar na kusababisha demand zaidi, sidhani kama itakuwa ni busara wao kuweka hela zaidi just for the sake of destabilizing sh. in that situation it would just mean encouraging these undesirable activities.

Question what about other currencies na zenyewe zina gharama zaidi? if not then it is a matter of policy makers in the government ministries to restrict those activities isitoshe is three percent enough a worry to bother BoT for now.

I think u should go check the article in the citizen and my previous posts.

Thisnos because our governor has a tendency of first comparing ourselves with kenyans when things are not well. He did the same thing in 2011- it seems he does not have knowledge or experience to act independently.

one of the main reasons for the depreciation is the freeze in donor funding! The cause IPTL. Ok if this is a short term phenomenon than what is the central bamk doing about it to calm the markets? If he wants to compare us with kenya than why didnt BoT intervene just like the CBK did?

Third his is been playing with numbers! The shilling has depreciated by close to 7% since the start of the year and not the 3 percent you are talking about! He knows that too. This had made thr shilling the worse performing currency in EA! Why didnt he mention that?

natamani hata ningezaliwa iraq, afghanstan, libya, sudan na kwingineko kwenye vita ni bora zaid kuliko tanzania the so called peaceful land!! am not proud of my country anymore!! we are discussing about why our economy going down an down they are discussing on how to take tanzanian billions 4 their interest!!

we are told that our economy is now picking up, we did not strongly argued about that misleading information, how this can be true while our shilling against US dollar is very weak than the past time

Exactly picking up how? We are told large part of thr current account deficit if due to importation of capital goods for the gas sector! But they dont even use internal funds. Its a lie ! Why dont u use your foreign reserves? Or BoT and the government have siphoned those too!

MoF why dont u fire Beno instead of firing and targeting low rank officials? He has letTanzanians down and lost his credibility! Welcome 1750!

Utasikia mijamaa humu humu inasifia CCM na viongozi wake sijui kwa lipi?

Asije tu na yeye AKAFIA ughaibuni na tusilione kaburi lake.

I always doubted his credentials! Unfortunately he has proven me right!
