ICC wamenithibitishia kuwa tiyari wana barua kadhaa kutoka kwa watanzania akiwemo mzee Malisa ambae ndiye alielianzisha ambazo zalingana na barua yangu na kwamba wapo wakisubiri barua zaidi na ushahidi wa kutosha.
Hizi ni barua za tuhuma na hadi hapo ICC watapofungua jalada la kesi bado mhuhumiwa atabaki kuwa kama alivyo.
Wasojulikana wote wapo kwenye uchunguzi kuwabaini na pia kukusanya kila aina ya ushahidi yakiwemo matumizi ya silaha za moto dhidi ya raia.

Nimesikitishwa sana na mambo ambayo serikali ya Samia Suluhu Hassan imeyafanya baada ya kuwa na matarajio makubwa kwake kwamba angefanya kitu chaitwa "healing the nation" baada ya maswahiba na madhila ya serikali ya awamu ya 5 yeye akiwa ni makamu wa raisi.
Badala yake tumeona mambo ya ajabu yakitokea na kwa namna yoyote ile mauaji ya tarehe 29 hadi 30 Octoba yastahiki kurunzi kubwa juu ya dhamira ya raisi Samia.

Subject: Submission of Evidence – Crimes Against Humanity by Samia Suluhu Hassan President of United Republic of Tanzania.
Dear Prosecutor,
I am writing to formally submit information regarding alleged crimes against humanity committed by Samia Suluhu Hassan, currently serving as President of United Republic of Tanzania.
Between 7th July 2024 and 3rd November 2025, Samia Suluhu Hassan has overseen or directed actions that constitute crimes against humanity including:
Mass killings of civilians in Dar-es-Salaam, Arusha, Mbeya, Songwe and Mwanza between 29th and 30th October 2025.
Systematic torture and imprisonment of political opponents including Tundu Lissu, John Heche, and abduction of former Ambassador to Malawi and Cuba and also former CCM senior official Humphrey Polepole who was abducted in early hours of Monday 6th October 2025 and his whereabout is unknown until today , and large number young activists who were also abducted and disappear from various locations in the country.
Forced displacement of ethnic groups -Maasai in Ngorongoro in Simanjiro Distric in Manyara Region from their ancestor land which is known as Maasai Boma.
These actions appear to be part of a widespread and systematic attack against civilian populations and targeted individuals, in violation of Article 7 of the Rome Statute.

- Eyewitness testimonies from survivors and local residents - Sativa who was abducted tortured and later abandoned in Katavi forests in South West of the country, Mr Augustin Polepole who is the brother of Humphrey Polepole and residents from high rise buildings.
- Photographic and video documentation of attacks and aftermath Source: JF, X, YouTube, BBC, Aljazeera and CNN
- Official documents and communications implicating senior officials (Mafwele Audio which has been translated from swahili to english and has subtitles) instructing more abductions.
- Reports from NGOs and journalists corroborating the events Amnesty International, Human rights Watch.
I respectfully urge the Office of the Prosecutor to:
- Open a preliminary examination into these allegations.
- Investigate the role of President Samia Suluhu Hassan and other senior officials including Mohammed Mchengerwa who is minister for local governments, Innocent Bashungwa who is the Minister for Home Affairs responsible for controlling police actions, Mr Mahmoud Thabit Kombo the Foreign Minister who went to BBC to give false narratives regarding true number of people who were killed, Camilius Wambura who is the Inspector General of Police, Dar-es-salaam Regional Police Commander Jumanne Muliro and Commissioner of Police Faustine Mafwele who is responsible for police brutal operations in various locations in the country.
- That president of Republic of Uganda provided assistance with significant number of mercenaries to enter Tanzanian territory via Kagera Region in North West of the country prior the election date which was 29th October 2025 to carry out operations against citizen of United Republic of Tanzania.
- Shutting down internet to deny access of information, cutting off electricity in some capacity in certain areas in order to conceal the crimes of police and give landscape for henchmen to shoot randomly towards members of public in clear violation of human rights, systematic violence against the citizens and targeting sections of society particularly youths.
- Take appropriate steps to ensure accountability and justice.
