Wanalijua sana hilo when it comes to cyber war Iran is on a different level.NATO Secretary General is just a loud mouth, he doesn't know that Iran scientists and I.T Gurus can wreak havoc to all NATO Military networks by hacking into their mission critical servers - NATO must remember that Iran is not average Joe once upon a time Iranians managed to hack into navigation systems of one of American very sophisticated Drone, it was landed on Iranian soil via remote control - American Military couldn't believe what they saw, this year again Iran repeated the same feat by shooting down US Drone which crossed Iranian air space - the Drone is believed by the Americans to be invisible, but what happen eventually - bottom line is: Iranians cannot be taken for a ride.

So according to NATO'S Manual : now days Cyber Attack is synonymous to Armed Attack ?? Following this train of thought any hacker could be a combatant and a possible military target.
So if a lone hacker in India interferes a Cyber Infrastructure of any NATO member state, Article 5 could be invoked against that hacker ??? Hahahahahaha.
Sifahamu lolote mkuu.
