So according to NATO'S Manual : now days Cyber Attack is synonymous to Armed Attack ?? Following this train of thought any hacker could be a combatant and a possible military target.

So if a lone hacker in India interferes a Cyber Infrastructure of any NATO member state, Article 5 could be invoked against that hacker ??? Hahahahahaha.
