haha facts? what facts? - NO ONE in their right mind plans to set or build slums (as part of official council/town/city planning), all slums in cities are started by people who for whatever reasons are not able to cope with financial standards or they have succumbed to hardship or they just hope mongers who have moved to big towns/cities believing one day they will make it;

NO ONE plans to set/plan slums, NOT in Nairobi, Not anywhere!

when did DSM become a town? when did become a city? when was the first city plan drawn?

there is something/phenomenon called URBAN SPRAWL - any big city today has experienced this; all these people who are chased out and their buildings demolished, some have lived in those places for over 30 years, are you telling me the so called dsm city plan was there all this time?

You only reached 35 floors recently and you're not reaching 40 any time soon. We've been having a 33 floor building since 1999, and we have several 30+, four 40+ and one 60+ under construction yet you're bragging to us? kweli maskini akipata.........
