Najua kuna makosa ya kisarufi katika uandishi wa hii statement,
Ningependa muikosoe..LOL
lengo la hii thread ni kumpa mtu yeyote hii idea ya ku exploit kundi kubwa linaloachwa behind kitaaluma…nilitaka ni apply mahali scholarship nikasome….ila nimegundua school is not for me ..lol..ongezeeni mawazo pia...
'''''Currently Tanzanian Government is focusing on building Factories aiming to do industrialization with the idea that this will create employment opportunities, increase Government’s revenues, and to strengthen other Government sectors such as Agriculture, Education and Health.
Progress has been made as 3000 factories have been built since the current president came into office, contributing to economic growth(% is going backward??LOL).However, the problem of Unemployment has remain static. partly because there’s massive population of people without education, this has made hard to recruit knowledgeable and skilled personel who will run these factories by identifying what is needed in the Market and how to produce it to match customers expectations.
Agriculture is a backbone of Tanzania Economy with 80% of Tanzanian depends on it. But Most of these Farmers do small scale farming which is not enough to provide country s food needs and export some of these agriculture goods. This means the government is getting a little from exportation which could have improved employment opportunities status and boost government’s revenues. This area is under-developed or not exploited fully which has not been done perhaps because of lack of knowledge. If empowered through education on agriculture or trained to undertand use of modern agriculture technology to do farming, maximum production will be observed(????)
This highlight the problem that what stops Tanzania to achieve economic independence is Lack of quality education. Education to explore her environment and utize fully the available resources.Education that will create employments and harmony. Perhaps thoroughly examination into Tanzania Education system could reveal how this current Education fails the country miserably.
A look into Education system; Tanzania is one of the countries that have largest young population. 40% percent of Tanzania youth population are below 15 years of age. Fewer Tanzanian Adolescents (52%) however, are enrolled in lower secondary education and in which few complete and attain GCSE qualification. There is almost no Vocational training for these young adults who might have been benefited if this alternative was available.
research has also identified that girls are vulnerable group with 76% girls of those who drop out of school are because of pregnancy and early marriage and Tanzania government has made a policy that these girls are not allowed to get back into education.
Main purpose is to explore how this large group of young people can be educated, given knowledge and right skills so that they can be employed or self-employed. This will improve the economy of each person and economy of the nation as a whole.(how LOL)
Being born and grew up in Tanzania, and Tanzania being the least developing country In the world im interested and motivated in improving the living standards of Tanzanians ,I would like to help Tanzania Government on how to exploit fully their environment through Quality Education. A lot of developing countries strive to improve their economies towards mids economies,I just think if we put Quality Education as a priority and adopt this Policy. Tanzania will change for the better.''''''''''''''''''''''''''
