Could you make us understand your thread? I mean that you ought to address us accordingly.

Anyway, I wish to reply to your thread as follows;

Respondent will be allowed to appear in person however they always face some challenges when it comes to the issue of law.

The best way is to advise them to pray to the Court to hear the matter by way of written submission.
 
Una maanisha kule DC case ilikuwa kati ya Applicant na Respondent, lakini ikaamuliwa Ex-parte na Applicant akapigwa chini na sasa ndio ana appeal au?
Au Exparte iliamuliwa dhidi ya nani?

Mambo ya kisheria unatakiwa unyooshe maelezo sana mkuu.

Mkuu Kesi Ilikuwa D'court Ambapo Respondent Alikuwa saved lakini Hakufanya Appearance, so Mahakama Ikaaamua Isikilize Upande Mmoja, Kwa maana ya Applicant Baada ya Kusikilizwa Mahakama Haikuona Uzito Wa Ushahidi Wake So Mahakama Ika dismissed Zile Reliefs Alizoziomba, sasa Applicant ame-appeal HC, Na Respondent amekuwa saved tena, Je Appearance Yeye Ni Ipi?

For instance,Issue of Law. Is it possible for the layman to stand before the Court of law and argue the matter concerning pure points of Law? That's what I meant.

Can a layman move properly the Court of law to re-evaluate evidence/ filing additional evidence without an assistance from the learned brother?
 
You can never appeal against an exparte judgement, uyo nae ni mjinga tu, alitakiwa afanye application ya ku set aside, uyo applicant aende kuweka pingamizi tu kesi iishe siku ya kwanza ya kusikilizwa.
