Wakuu kwenye computer yangu nina Operating systems mbili. Natumia Window 8 as primary OS na Ubuntu as secondary OS.

Nimeinstall Ubuntu (gnome flavor) on top of window OS and everything works fine.

Kwanini Ubuntu on top of windows inashindwa kusoma any external drivers ?

Naumiza kichwa kutafuta solutions hapa mpaka kichwa kinauma. Ubuntu documentations na other Ubuntu forums hawajaelezea jinsi ya kutrobleshoot this kind of problems ila bado nazidi kutafuta solutions online.

Naomba kuwasilisha wakuu.

hiyo ubuntu umeinstall kwenye separate partition or ume virtualize?

Hebu jaribu kufanya hivi

Developer Waheed big up yourself 🙂

Solution yako imenipa direction ya kusolve the problem kabisa.

In short the following commands ndio zimenipa solution.

  • sudo fdisk -l
  • Wait like 5min hivi
  • sudo mount /dev/*sdc1* /mnt
  • Problem solved

Next time just open nautilus and click the drive pn left hand side and... voila'
