Step 1: First you must completely switch off your device. After switching off your mobile just wait a moment.

Step 2: Then hold the “volume up key + Home button + Power key” at the same time. You must hold these 3 Buttons of your phone for atleast 5-10 seconds. When the logo of your phone appears,then you can leave those buttons.

Step 6: Now you will see the list of options with “Yes” and “No”. Just select “Yes” and click “Ok”.

Now wait a moment to complete the process. When the process is done. Click on “Reboot System Now”.
