Zitto should not be trusted either as he sails in the same boat with Mkulo. He has never controverted allegations that Barrick once tipped him in an attempt to tighten his lips and deaden his acerbic remarks against the mining firm. So while he accuses Mkulo for crookedness scandal he should also remember to put his house in order.

Why did they pay 1m$ to a canadian firm for consultancy over RITES acqisition of TRC?

World Bank through PPSDP.They have activities that generates income, they even remmit fund to the MoF,however they qualify for subsidy from the govt.
Way back huh?.... see, thats the problem right there, if you raise a kid till he/she is 18yrs old, when he/she is 22 yrs old, you will still be very iunfluencial in his/her life. This whole thing was engineered to privatise our corporations (sadly the outcome wasn't nice). When CHC starts manging our government portifolio, what makes you think the WB/IMF won't be influencial?.... I mean directly, thats their siphon or one of their tentacles.Expired way back in 2009.
