But, c'mon now!, yaani there's no black girl who qualified to be on top 16??!, of all....wht ten? did you guys see miss Universe Ethiopia? they could be at least a little nepostic and put their neighbor Canada who had a black canadian ms Universe if they didnt want to go too far from their home, but am glad Miss Universe's American/Latin
