According to the knowledge of my understanding I have seen the Tanzanian government launching the torch of freedom in Zanzibar which will run through the entire country, so on my understanding I completely disagree with this Movement, we spend millions of shillings for this events while 70 % of Tanzanian lives in the village without access to clean water, healthcare, education, electricity, proper road etc.
This money could at least assist improving a small portion of the land and benefits some few people rather than spending it on something which should be in a museum. In fact if we could take the torch to the museum we might be able to generate some income on it.
We have done it for 50 years now is the time we should think profitable. We cannot keep doing this mistake over and over. This is just my opinion perhaps i need to be educated.
