Technicians and Graduates Trainee Program 2025–2026 at Mbeya Cement Company Limited
Mbeya Cement Company Limited (MCCL), a member of Amsons Group, is a leading manufacturing company providing innovative and sustainable building products and solutions within and outside Tanzania.
The company has launched a Technicians and Graduates Trainee Program designed to give a strong start to young, energetic, and recently qualified diploma and degree graduates from Tanzania. This program aims to help graduates enhance their knowledge and gain practical experience with the company.
Successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the business value chain and relevant technical competencies.
Program Requirements
Applicants must have completed their diploma or degree education within the last two years, with excellent academic performance, in any of the following fields:

- Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Diploma in Laboratory Science and Technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Public Administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounts and Finance (CPA will be an added advantage)
