Israeli Ambassador to the UN Danny Danon stated that the “Palestinians continue to threaten to engage in additional unilateral steps against Israel and we will continue to fight against this trend by any means. We welcome any actions to act against unilateral actions like this. The international community needs to clarify once and for all to the Palestinians that the only way to advance a solution is via stopping the terrorism and incitement, and via direct negotiations between the sides.”
According to a report in Reuters, US President Donald Trump instructed the Pentagon and US State Department to prepare a plan to create safe areas for civilians in Syria. The plan will be formulated within 90 days of being signed
