1- unakuta wanatangaza 1 post kwa uvivu wao wa kuchambua cv's zaidi ya watu 10 kwenye nafasi 1, wengine wali apply hata vigezo hawakidhi mayb ni kutokana na ugumu wa ajira mtu anaamua kubahatisha tu , lakini naamini ni wajibu wao kuchuja na kuita wanaostahili tu. acheni kuwapotezeaq vijana timing, wanatumia mda mwing sana kujiandaa na kufanya research ikiwemo maswali kibao ndani ya jamii forum thn bilabila

Kingine ni kwamba umefika wakati hr's wajifanyie self assessment maana wengi wao hawajui wanataka nini kutoka kwa applicants, utakuta unaenda kwenye interview then unaulizwa maswali very awkward hadi unajiuliza hivi wanataka kupima nini? na wengine wanafikiri ndiyo sehemu ya kuonyesha umwamba kuuliza maswali yasiyo na tija in relation to the post. Wengi wana-copy na ku-paste maswali ya kwenye mitandao bila kujua aliyetengeneza swali alitaka kupima nini.
