Attention Property/Plot Owners!
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a JV Plot in Masaki or Oysterbay, Dar es Salaam.
Client requirements:
-Plot size should be 2000sqm-4000sqm maximum.
-Terms 30%/70%.
-Owner should be ready for Villa development.
-Plot should have Clean title deed.
-JV must be forever and title deed will be separated to reflect ownership.
Note: Provide full details about the plot. Make sure owner is ready for Villa development.
-Client will not provide a viewing fee.
