Nimezima broadband connection ila bado nilikuwa napata napata warnings eti kuna isnake, trojan, etc nimeogopa isizidi ingilia maana kuna infetions sehemu 39 imenizuia kudownload kila kitu na pia hata adobe flash player imeingiliwa hiyo ndio ilinifanya nijue kuna tatizo as pages nilizovisit zilikuwa blank

Nisaidieni nifanyaje kuondoa haya

  • umesema anti virus haifanyi kazi sasa warning zinatoka kwenye software gani? na hizo warning zinaadikaje ?

  • Kama antivirus imewaona wadudu lakini imeshindwa kuwaondoa automatically nenda kawaondoe manualy

download avast install it update it (or download VUPD Update) and run boot schedule scanning. Another alternative is install and update avira antivir personal. Then do full system scanning!

There is also microsoft security essentials for more cleanup!
 
Follow this instructions to Remove Virus in you Computer.
Restart You Computer Safe Mode with Networking

1. Log out and reboot your machine.

2. When the machine starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key repeatedly.

3. Select Safe Mode with Networking from the resulting menu.

4. Login. If the malware has changed your password, try logging in as
Administrator. By default, Administrator has no password.

5. The machine will continue booting, but the Windows desktop will look different.

JF kuna tatizo sana la mrudisho. Yaani mtu huwa harudi kusema ni solution gani ilimsaidia. Hiyo inapunguza morali ya watu kuendelea kutoa msaada!
