You expected him to talk like Membe? Of course, we are all aware that that African politicians are sycophants and mediocre, but at least Raila has spoke something his fellow henchmen abhor to speak out about! Can anyone commend the current Chairman of AU for being in power for more than 2 decades? But still his fellow presidents in the AU club see him as a credible person to lead that body, whose main goals among other things, is to carter for development and sustenance of democracy in the continent??!
