TP Mazembe wamekataa ofa ya US $ 2.5m (Bilioni 5.8 Tsh) kumwachia nyota wao Jackson Muleka '20' kwenda Al Ahly SC
Muleka amefunga jumla ya mabao 60 na Tp Mazembe.
======
It has been reported that Cairo giants Al Ahly have launched a hefty bid to sign TP Mazembe’s forward Jackson Muleka but it was turned down by the club and the player himself.
Muleka is widely considered as one of the most promising strikers on the continent since bursting onto the scene with the Congolese Ligue 1 giants.
Al Ahly have recently been linked to few foreign players as of late as they look active on the transfer market front despite the uncertainty around football due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Muleka becomes the latest forward to be linked to the Red Devils after Mamelodi Sundowns’ Gaston Sirino, whose rumors were quickly debunked.
The 20-year-old has featured for Mazembe in 10 games in the Champions League this season and he got seven goals to his name in this term’s edition.
According to ESPN journalist Anthony Pla, Al Ahly have launched a $2.5M to obtain the services of Muleka next season in addition to a $1M potential sign-on fee.
Nonetheless, the offer was turned down by Mazembe and the player who is said to be aspiring to make a move to Europe.
Muleka made his debut for DR Congo last year. Since then he has scored three goals in seven appearances for the Leopards.
