1.Hesitating to take definitive action/they never make couragous decision for fear of falling.
2.Blind to the current situation,they solve the wrong problems in a wrong way.
3.Abusing the privilages of leadership.
4.discourages others
5.Refusing to take responsibility.
6.they know it all,They already have the answers.
7.They subotage the success of others.
8.Complaining about lack of resources.
9.They remind others who is the boss.
10.THEY DONT LISTEN TO THOSE THEY LEAD.
