Natamani kupitia WanaJF kujua Rais wetu ana mawazo na maono gani moyoni mwake ya dhati ambayo wakati ANASUKUMWA NA NAFSI YAKE YA NDANI KUWA RAIS WA TANZANIA ALITAMANI KUTUFANYIA NINI SISI WATANZANIA KAMA KIONGOZI WETU.

Kwa waliokuwa watu wazima miaka hiyo ya 1960,1970 na 1980 wanajua ni kwa jinsi gani Mwalimu alivyokuwa ana uwezo wa kuamisha mawazo yake na maono yake na kuyavisha kwa Wananchi na kuwafanya ni sehemu ya utatuzi wa tatizo ama matatizo husika.Na imani yangu daima juu ya kiongozi bora na makini ni yule anayewasikiliza Wananchi matatizo yao na kisha kuyatafutia njia ya ufumbuzi wa matatizo hayo na kuyarudisha mikononi mwao kwa utatuzi wao hao hao pia kwa njia aliyobuni yeye kupitia mawazo ya Wananchi.

Hata pale Mwalimu alipokuwa na mtizamo juu ya siasa za kimataifa [Globalization Politics] mwalimu alizijenga na kuzifanikisha kueleweka kwa njia lahisi sana hata kwa Mwananchi wa kawaida ambae ajaenda japo Shule ya Msingi kielimu.Na pale alipopingana na siasa hizo aliweka misimamo yake na Wananchi walisimama nyuma yake na kumuunga mkono.Kiasi kuwa Mataifa mababe walijua dhahili msimamo wake na hivyo kumuheshimu kwa kuonyesha alama ya Taifa yake pamoja na udogo na uchanga wa Taifa.Yaani kupitia personality yake Mwalimu alibaki kuwa alama ya kuwa Watanzania wote tuko katika mwonekano alionao Mwalimu.

Mungu kamjalia Kiongozi wetu tabasamu,hakika hiki ni kipaji japo kuna watu huwa wanampotezea kwa hili [Dont hate me cause am Beautiful, kwa kizazi kipya wanajua ni usemi wa nani] lakini ni haki yake kutoka kwa Muumba wake.
Ninachotamani kuona Kiongozi wetu huyo anaongea ukweli wa moyo wake ya ndani,kama Rais ayajue mawazo ya Matatizo yetu na yake pia ayaweke katika njia nyepesi ya kueleweka na kisha kuturudishia Wananchi yaani kutushirikisha kutafuta majibu na utatuzi wake.

Leo hii atujui msimamo wa Taifa letu kitaifa na kimataifa na mambo mengi yanayotusibu ambayo yangeliitaji majibu ya haraka ya kiongozi kuagiza wasaidizi kutoa majibu akiwapatia mwanzo na mwelekeo kama kiongozi.Kuna kitabu kimoja nilipata kusoma kinaitwa ONE MINUTE MANAGER,ndani ya kitabu hiki kinazungumzia management na haswa unapokuwa Manager kisha wasaidizi wako [Subordinate] wanapobeba majukumu na changamoto [challenge] zao na kukuletea wewe kama Manager na wewe kulichua tatizo au changamoto zao na kuzifanya kuwa tatizo lako wewe Manager.Na kumbe jukumu la Manager ni kusimamia wasaidizi wake kufanikisha utatuzi wa changamoto na matatizo ya ofisi na yeye sio ndiye jibu la matatizo mengi ya ofisi.Anapokuwa ndiye jibu la matatizo ya ofisi hapo ndipo tatizo linapozaa tatizo badala ya kuzaa jibu la tatizo la awali.

Tumekwama tufanyeje?Sio kuwa Rais wetu hana yake yaliyo moyoni mwake ambayo anadhamira nayo ila kutokana na sirika yake inakua ngumu kutufikishia wengine ujumbe ama kwa vigezo hatuwezi kumuelewa au kivingenevyo atakavyotafsili binafsi na kiserikali,lakini bado kama Watanzania tunaitaji mwanga kujua uzito alionao maoyoni katika swala la Taifa.Ushirika wetu kwake ni kusaidiana nae kutatua matatizo yetu,na si yeye kuwa mtatuzi wa Matatizo yetu wote.

Mtazamo wangu wangu naamini kama Rais wetu kuna mazuri na mabaya amabyo sisi kama jamii ameyaona.Hivyo kwa kuwa mazuri uendelezwa lakini mabaya ubomolewa na kutafuta mazuri ya kuzibia kovu la mabya na kuendelea na maisha. Kuna matatizo yale yanayo mkwaza yeye ambayo chanzo ni sisi wenyewe Watanzania kama jamii,na kuna yale yanayo mkwaza yeye kutokana na ushawishi wa Mataifa ya nje na siasa zake,yakilenga kunufaika kwa faida za mataifa yao.Na kuna yale matatizo yanayotokana na wateule wake na viongozi wetu tuliowachagua sis wenyewe.

Ni vyema akafunguka [To be open] kama ambavyo Mwalimu alikua akifanya hivyo kuweza kuwapa mbinu Wananchi,za kujua matatizo yao na kukubaliana nae na kuwa ni sehemu ya utatuzi wa tatizo lolote la Kitaiafa.

The One Minute Manager is focused on, not surprisingly, a one minute manager. The man is a venerable leader that is highly spoken of by his employees, his three secrets being the key to his success.

The first secret is One Minute Goals.
This involves a meeting of the manager and the employee where goals are agreed on, written down in a brief statement, and occasionally reviewed to ensure that productivity is occurring. This whole process takes a "minute", which truly means it is a quick meeting, however it is not limited to just sixty seconds. The purpose of one minute goal setting is to confirm that responsibilities of each working is understood, understanding that confusion leads to inefficiency and discouragement.

The second secret to one minute managing is one minute praisings.
This involves being open with people about their performance. When you catch someone doing something right, a goal of the one minute manager, you praise them immediately, telling them specifically what they did correctly. Pause to allow them to "feel" how good you feel regarding their importance to the organization, and finish by shaking hands.

The third secret is the one minute reprimand.

Being honest with those around you involves reprimanding when a wrong has occurred. The first step is to reprimand immediately and specifically. This is the same as the second secret, and it holds an important aspect of the first secret: it enables an understanding of responsibilities and how to complete them correctly. Following the reprimand, shake hands and remind the person that he or she is important and it was simply their performance that you did not like. The one minute reprimand consists of the reprimand and the reassurance, both being equally important. If you leave the latter out, you will not be liked by those around you and they will attribute mistakes to them being worth less, which is far from the truth.
