First, I want to introduce myself. My name is Emilian, I am eighteen years old, I'm from America and I am currently in Arusha, staying with a friend. The area of Arusha I am staying is North of Usa River and Maji ya Chai, nearby the University of Arusha. I am currently trying to become a resident, but have no permits.
In the future, I also have a lot of political endeavors that I plan on doing, but that is after I become a naturalized citizen, and this company would go on to influence and become a part of that dream. I have massive pursuits that I will absolutely not let anybody stand in the way of, and I am not looking to exploit any person or thing, I want to be a Tanzanian and contribute to the country that graciously gave me the hope, kindness, and generosity that the United States is incapable of providing to me without me having been born into a different community or with a different physical appearance, which simply is not possible. Yes, I have a lot of big dreams, ideas, and goals that go far beyond what I can express here.
I am not a rich foreigner. I probably work a similar job that the average Tanzanians do. My goals do not involve money, so anyone looking for an opportunity to make a lot of money. I personally do not mind how qualified or wealthy someone is, just as long as they are reliable, dedicated, thoughtful, and inquisitive.
The ideas that I have for the company are pretty versatile, I want to do blogs, podcasts, as well as set up shops, but most importantly this is my main field of interest that I want the company to pursue a natural fish, plant, and wildlife breeding facility to sustain stable populations without the use of injections, induced hormones, chemicals, and without any other unnatural, inhumane practices occurring. I want to start small, with fish and aquatic plants, then as we grow, move on to animals such as hyenas. Please note that I do have an extensive, detailed idea of what I want this to be like, this is just the basic concept, and of course I am very open-minded to suggestions in case you anyone is worried about not getting to have a lot of input.
I don't require someone who has knowledge of this field of work to be my business partner, but of course we would require some college graduates and people skilled in that field to be employed by us. In terms of funding, due to the nature of what we would be doing, banks, governments, and various organizations that are presented with the idea and focus of this company would probably be very open to lending money.
I expect both of us to be able to contribute a lot of effort, and contribute as much money as we are reasonably capable of.
