Ugandan business executive John Walugembe has urged people who experience financial success to buy cars and embrace the changes that come with improved financial status.
Walugembe said travelling on public transport while carrying large amounts of cash can expose people to security risks, encouraging those who can afford it to buy personal vehicles.
He also advised people whose financial situations have improved to move to better neighbourhoods, arguing that some people inadvertently attract thieves through their lifestyles and failure to adjust to their new status.
