IEBC in civil war

IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati Earlier released a damning report putting all the blame of electoral rigging on CEO Chiloba Ezra

This includes countrywide failure of KIEMS machine etc



As soon as IEBC released this letter

There was an internal revolt sort of coup

All the other 5 commisioners sided with Chiloba leaving Chebukati their boss in the dark saying they had nothing to do with that letter
seeming its the whole organisation desserting chiloba since even its twitter handle is actively disobeying chebukati

Now this evening one of the 5 commisioners has distanced himself from the rest saying he sides with Chebukati

Chiloba qas fired briefly and then reinstated by the commisioners


Jubilee party is protesting the new shuffles made to its board members ..

If all these are true, then even Chebukati himself needs to lead the way out while the rest follow, kwani what's his work as chairman such that so many wrong things had to happen, even if he is not responsible in day to day activities of the institution, but somehow most of these stuffs must have been brought to his attention then, so how can he vindicated.

He can't just seat by and write memo, he definitely must have had some intelligence on the happenings.

But anyway, waiting for the detailed court ruling so we can get to know exactly which allegation was true, but in the meantime waiting patiently to cast my vote on October.
