Huawei introduces Huawei Experience Shops
Dar es Salaam 25th Feb 2016: Chinese Tech firm Huawei Tanzania has re-engineered its device business by launching two Huawei Experience Shops and a Phone Care Center on Samora Avenue (Harbour View and NHC house – next to TTCL) to come closer to their customers and be able to improve their experiences with Huawei handsets. This move is in response to the growing demand for Huawei devices in the city and to ensure genuine Huawei products and services are easily accessible to current and new Huawei customers in Dar Es Salaam.
The launch of Huawei’s 1st Brand Shop in Dar Es Salaam also known as Experience Shop & Phone Care Center is a landmark move for Huawei. The new Huawei Experience shop is located in NHC building ground floor on Samora Avenue. It also combines with a Phone Care Center where all Huawei customers can visit to get more out of their Huawei devices. The other shop is also along Samora Avenue located in the ground floor of The Harbour View building.
The Huawei Experience Shops have interactive areas and are designed to be highly experiential where the shoppers can try Huawei devices – 3G/4G LTE Smartphones at their own pace.
Consumers’ lifestyles are changing fast and their expectation for quality and genuine products and service is highly increasing. In celebration of the opening of the Huawei Experience Shops and Phone Care Center, Huawei is conducting activations and promotions for their various products. The key models include Huawei P8 and Huawei G8 models, among others. Consumer giveaways include selfie sticks, bluetooth speakers and T-shirts.
Huawei Tanzania has plans to spread in other regions as well to be able to reach each and every Tanzanian to have access to quality and genuine Huawei devices.
