Sudan, Zimbabwe voted against the draft resolution to reject Crimea referendum.
Kenya, Egypt, Rwanda, Ethiopia, South Africa and Uganda abstained.
Nigeria(North and South split) and Tanzania(hehe Zanzibar)
voted in favor of the #UNGA resolution.
Also China (Tibet and Taiwan), Israel (Palestine ) abstained.
Because it did not get two thirds majority it is non-binding.
