Its back to the drawing board for the Office of The Director of Public Prosecution. After a judge at the Milimani Law Courts dismissed a corruption case against 3 Nairobi MCA's. Because of the use of 'Sheng' in evidence presented before the judge. A language that the defence argued is uknown in law. The lawyer representing the defendants had earlier put forth a motion for a full dismisal, arguing that the prosecution could/did not provide evidence or a translator to prove that Mita means KES 1 Million or Soo tano means KES 500. The prosecution retaliated, and failed, in urging the court to rely on a previous decision by Judge John Oyiengo in another corruption case. Where the judge had ruled and formally recognised Miti tatu as Sheng/Slang for a KES 3,000 bribe. Your opinions, Ladies and Gentlemen. Will The Sheng Bible be next in line? This is how u end up being a master of none! As for English though u like to brag, u have never mastered that Queen's Language and with Swahili u r not even got to a quarter of the level Proficiency needed!

Move with the times. This must be the same opinions and concerns, that scrawny, wild eyed, semi-naked Pokomo elders gathered under a tree to banter about, in the year of our lord 1700. When the youths started speaking a mixture of Pokomo and all the other foreign languages that had hit the E.African coast in that era. A language we now know as swahili and which some claim is superior to Pokomo, Mijikenda, Taita and all the other Bantu languages. Nobody is advocating for Sheng, a slang(found everywhere in the world including Tz), to replace any other language. Lets have a sober discussion for once, I beg, about linguistics. It would also help if you didn't use 'u' and 'r' to mean you and are, like a 'teenie'. Thank you.

Maybe they should start hiring Sheng experts like Shiks Kapienga aka Wanjiku Karanja.

Why lie, her Shengs is on point and her figure too. This would very much please Bishop Hiluka. Anyway, thats exactly my point Sheng translators in court is something we will see very soon. Keeping in mind Judge Oyienga's recent formal acceptance of the term 'miti tatu' in court. It was a just a matter of time, the corporate world in Kenya is not in limbo about Sheng in advertising. Its actually the 'in thing' right now and there is no doing away with it, or turning back.

Kenyans bana, confused humans, what is this again, yaani mtu hayuko fluent in any of the Swahili and English, wakaona waanzie hapo,
Hahahahaha, half brains at work.
