Once upon a time, there was a young boy named Leo who had a natural talent for playing the guitar. His fingers moved effortlessly across the strings, producing beautiful melodies that captivated anyone who heard him play. Leo believed that his talent alone would take him far in life, and so he didn't put in the effort to improve his skills.

On the other hand, there was a boy named Max who had a passion for playing the guitar but didn't have the same natural talent as Leo. Max spent countless hours practicing and studying music theory, determined to become a great musician.

One day, a talent scout visited their town, searching for the next big musical talent. Leo was confident that he would be the chosen one, and he played a flawless performance for the scout. Max also played his best, but his nerves got the best of him, and he made a few mistakes.

In the end, the talent scout chose Max over Leo, much to Leo's surprise and disappointment. The scout explained that while Leo had natural talent, Max had shown dedication and hard work in improving his skills, which made him a more well-rounded musician.

Leo was devastated, realizing that his belief in his natural talent alone was not enough. He started to put in the effort to practice and improve his skills, and over time, he became a better musician.

The experience taught Leo that "Hard work beats the talent, when talent does not work hard," and that "Kabla ya kutumia nguvu, tulia tumia akili kwanza" (Before using force, calm down and use your mind first). From that day on, Leo and Max became good friends and practiced together, encouraging each other to become the best musicians they could be.

What I have grasped from the story is; hard working should go parallel with talent to get the best results.

What I gathered from the same piece is hard work outpace talent
The bottom line is the summary of the story, have a glance on it and see when the two lads collaborated to make the music, that is the flavors of hardworking and talent working together.

I'm afraid Prof Lipumber (PhD) do not posses neither talent nor hard working. Thank you
