Naomba niulize najua humu kuna developer wengi WA games Mimi Ni mpenzi WA unity ILA sijui c# najua c&c++ pamoja na OpenGL library naitaji kufanya modeling za game assets najiweza kwenye blender na maxon c4d r16 je naweza kuziimport hizi assets na nikatumia c&c++ badala ya c# kwenye unity game engine au kuna engine ya game za 3d inayotumia c&c++ je nikijaribu unreal game. Engine inawezekana?

C# ni evolution ya C na C++ family of languages, it borrows features from them lakini kwenye Unity Engine kuna utofauti kati yao, moja ni game engine builder (C++) na nyingine ni scripting language ya Unity(C#).
Unity Engine itself ipo developed by C++ lakini kwenye ku-build games inatumia C#, UnityScript(Modified Javascript), na Boo.

Unity ime choose C# kama primary scripting language. Reasons behind ya ku-choose C# instead of C/C++ although Unity ipo developed by it zipo nyingi mfano:

- Unaweza ku-access Unity API na C# lakini hauwezi kwa kutumia C++, therefore making it impossible to use as the primary language.
- C# ni easy ku learn kwa beginners compared to C++

Kuna engines nyingi zpo zinatumia C++ kama primary language kudevelop games. Unreal Engine, CryEngine etc. but zipo complex kidogo compared to Unity Engine ambayo unaweza ku-jump start na ku-develop games fast.

Kama focus yako ni ku-develop game, dont try to avoid programming language. You want to learn to be a game programmer. Period
If you seem to like Unity Engine then option nikujifunza C#. To learn the tool you need to get that skill.

Kama jibu ni ndiyo then mambo ya language inabidi yakae pembeni kwanza, engines zina mambo kibao unaweza usiguse code kabisa, kama ni Unity then achana na C# soma JavaScript its much easier, kama unataka Unreal then kaa uanze kuisoma wacha kulalamika.

Question yourself first kama unataka ku make games au ku-make the technology which drives games.
I assume unataka ku-make games, then I encourage you to use already made engines like Unity au Unreal kuliko ku-build one from scratch..I will tell you why.

Benefit za ku-use already made engine ni learning graph is not as steep compared to Opengl. Although sijui how much knowledge you got, I dont think(In my opinion) kuwa you already master all fields of it..because it takes months sometimes years. If you are aiming at making and releasing a game, I would recommend you to go for Game Engine.

OpenGL is a graphics programming API. You have to make all the system yourself mfano libraries for:
-Your own impoters eg. .blend, .fbx, .psd etc.
-Your own shaders, lighting etc.
-Physics, Collisions etc.
-Audio System
-Networking
-AI (Artificial Intelligence) etc.

Some are not necessary depending on type of game you're making, but ni kama ku-build your own game engine, and believe me it is. It require complex architecture and large amount of time. Faida yake ni kuwa uta gain a lot of knowledge. Utajua behind the scenes of game development / game engines, backend of it and so forth. The price however it'll take much, much more time to make one.

Most people use OpenGL kupata knowledge, sio ku-make commercial games out of it. Unaweza kujaribu ku-make game with it, but you might end up losing motivation and not completing the game at all, especially if you are alone.

In case of ready made engines like Unity, they saves you a lot of time and helps you focus more on your game by
