Methinks this applies to Tanzania only. We hear our venal rulers singing the song of fighting corruption. There mantra is boring. The clangor of their song is sickening. They preach water and drink wine. Again, when it comes to economic growth, the pump puffed-up statistics to fool the hoi polloi. May God interfere and awaken my sheepish people.
