Fadhili Paulo kutengeneza websites hata mimi huwa siku nyingine natoa offer ya free website to NGOs, actually twice every year we have this offfer (part of us giving back to the community), they only pay for domain registration & hosting, lakini sio bure tu just for the sake of it, we have a cause, huyu jamaa Chief Lugina) sijui sababu yake iliyomfanya aamue kutengeneza websites bure, maybe he's just entering the business anataka kujipromote hata hivyo i would advice him to put a link to his website / websites he's already created ili tujue uwezo wake before hatujaamua kumpatia kazi, so i'm calling out Chief Lugina, show us or just send me a personal message, show me some of your work then nitakupatia kazi right away

Next offer ya free website for NGOs ipo December so ikifika December kama unaanzisha NGO na unahitaji website, there's a free offer (only one), ingawa Domain Registration & Hosting utalipia (lakini kama tayari umesha lipia somewhere sio shida we'll just do your website free). and we'll advertise it on our blog and twitter handle.

First of all, i said the offer is for designing a website, not including domain/hosting, i think i was very clear on that, however since you just don't seem to want to understand, i'll just not answer your question okay?

I need it TO BE FREE, if you say free website then domain and hosting I have to pay, then to me this is not free. Kukaa kimya ni jibu la mjinga.

Thanks for the "mjinga" label you just gave me, now listen man, this is the offer that i give not what you need so if you have a problem understanding that, then maybe you just might consider going back to school. My business is not website hosting/domain registration (that is some other company's business) so when i say my offer is free website dev for NGOs excluding hosting & registration i expect anybody that applies for the offer to understand that those are the terms and conditions of the offer, now if you need EVERYTHING TO BE FREE maybe you check some other company that does that

Don't be so sure, hosting keeps on getting cheaper everyday and quality web designers keep on being rarer, i think you know the laws of demand and supply and how they affect the prices of services offered

I can give you a reference if you want. A good example is that normally a designing fee is payable once, but hosting fee is payable every year, so if you have 100 websites you are hosting and each web owner is paying you 120,000/= how much you have just seating without coding everyday?.
