COURSE DURATION AND MINIMUM NUMBER FOR IN-HOUSE TRAINING

The course above takes full five (5) working days to cover all important aspects of the course intensively. In order to carry out this in-house training, the minimum number of participants should be at least ten (10) participants.

Our in-house training dates are flexible according to organization needs. We highly value our clients’ training schedules; therefore, it is the client organization that arranges about training start dates and venue and just informs us accordingly.

Step ahead is always committed to deliver high quality services at minimum cost affordable to all clients. Our in-house courses above are conducted at a price of TZS 300,000/= (VAT Exclusive) only per each participant for a whole one week training. The fee above does not include venue costs and lunch arrangements for participants. These are left with specific organization arrangement logistics.

SHORT PROFILE OF THE KEY TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
Yustino is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) fully registered with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and an Associate Certified Public Accountant (ACPA) fully registered with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA). He also holds a MSc. Degree in Finance and Investment from the Institute of Finance Management-IFM. His Bachelor Degree majored in Accounting and Finance from Mzumbe University. He is a Founder and Managing Director of Step Ahead Financial Consultant, a professional consulting firm based in Dodoma, Tanzania.

Yustino has more than five years experience in Financial Modeling training, model design and development and business consultancy. He has vast experience in the application and development of Financial Models in Microsoft Excel. He has high creative capability of planning, designing and building treasury, accounting and auditing systems, specifically on generation of useful management reports as well as preparation of annual financial statements models. Generally, he is a Financial Modeler and Interactive Dashboard designer. His journey in learning Microsoft Excel started in early 2011 when he was still working as an External Auditor at PwC.

He is an experienced External Auditor worked with one of the “Big Four” Audit firms-PwC; he audited various multinational corporations as well as National organizations. He has multi-industry knowledge and experience from various audits undertaken by then. He has also an extensive Experience in Treasury Management affairs with more than seven (7) years in that field.

He has presented and facilitated many workshops for various professions chief among them are accounting professional bodies such as ACCA and NBAA. He is an experienced Trainer with more than Five (5) years in conducting various Trainings to extensive number of Professionals and Various Organizations mainly in the areas of Advanced Microsoft Excel training, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) as well as Advanced Treasury Management strategies.
