Sales Supervisor wanted in Zanzibar ,
Our Food and Beverage Distribution company in zanzibar is looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor with a strong background in Channel Management ( Modern Trade , General Trade and Horreca ) .
Key Expertise should include
1. Cash Van Management - Routes, Time spent in each route , Customer database and census
2. Manage Merchandising and the team.
3. Being able to create Promotional plans to push volumes
4. Extensive daily reporting to achieve the agreed targets and KPIs ( We have our KPI and reports to be filled Daily)
5. Team player, being able to manage the sales team, set targets for each.
6. Good negotiation and Communication skills.
Above position open to Tanzanians ONLY .
Candidate with experience in FMCG ONLY should apply.
