Natumaini wote wazima wa afya.

Nina swali moja kuhusu kikosi cha usalama barabarani,kwa jina maarufu,traffic polisi.

Hivi,ni kwanini dereva akisimamishwa na traffic kwa makosa tofauti tofauti,gari ndo inaandikishwa fine na sio dereva anae endesha hilo gari?... kwani gari imefanya kosa au dereva?.. ninavyofahamu ni kwamba dereva ndo anaefanya makosa na sio gari.

Unakuta mtu hajasimama kwenye zebra crossing au hajafunga mkanda,traffic anamsimamisha na kuandikia gari faini na sio dereva...1

Kwanini asiandikiwe au apunguziwe points kwenye leseni yake badala ya gari kuwa na deni..? Kuna haja gani ya dereva kuwa na leseni kama haina kazi..bali inabaki kuwa thibitisho kuwa mwenye nayo ni dereva..

Naomba ufafanuzi tafadhali kwa hili.

Sio kukimbia sababu kasimamishwa mkuu, labda unaendesha basi leo kesho ukaacha kazi watakupata wapi nafikiri ndio sababu y kutoza faini gari nasio mtu, pia sihuwa inakuwepo na lessen no?ktk zile risiti,ila zaidi wanadeal na chombo.ngoja wajuzi zaidi waje hapa.
Labda iwe ajali...ila akimbie kisa kusmamishwa na traffic?...

Remember now days zile namba za leseni zipo computerized na finger print umeweka so ni rahisi tu kukupata wakiamua. Gari nalo the same, in case wewqe hupatikani the wanaweza kulipata GARI ambalo mwishoni mwa siku wakiamua, dereva mpya anaweza kusaidia kujua huyo aliye endesha siku kadhaa zilizo pita ni nani na yupo wapi

This is really really lame. Duniani kwa wenzetu gari haliwezi kuandikiwa kosa, kosa ni la mwendeshaji. Hata kama gari halina taa, gari hawezi kuwa na makosa. Aliyeliendesha ndie mwenye makosa. Gari lisingetoka kuingia barabarabi lenyewe kama halikuendeshwa.

Kwenye ncgi kama yetu ambayo kudanganyana ni kwingi kuhusu vita bulisho, bado wanajua system ya utambuzi haipo, hata hizo mashine walizokuja nazo hazitambui leseni iliyofanya makosa bali gari. Which shows kwamba vitanbulisho including leseni havina central database ya utambuzi.

Mwanzisha mada dukuduku lake lina logic. Ila mimi nadhani kwa hizi nchi zetu ambazo details za raia haziko kwenye database inaweza kuwa tricky kidogo ku-deal na madereva wakorofi.
