Research Assistants/Project Evaluators
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
DAMAX Solution Co. ltd core business is to support its clients find solutions that can improve productivity, performance and efficiency while learning from key evidences generated from researches, evaluations and assessments.
We are anticipating a Project Evaluation contract. The aim of the evaluation will be to assess how a HEALTH project achieved its goals and objects and the changes it brought to its beneficiaries.
We are searching HIGHLY QUALIFIED, EXPERIENCED and INNOVATIVE individuals who are ready to work with us on a this Health and development assessment. you should hold the following qualities:
1). Holder of Degree in Monitoring and evaluation, Project Management, Health sciences, Medicines, Nursing, Nutrition, Child Development, Sociology, Social Work, Gender Development, Language/Linguistic, Supply Chain Management, Computer Sciences, Statistics, Business Management, Mass communication and related areas. Master Degree is added advantage
2). You should have conducted research extensively and have the first class English writing skills
3.) Competent in both Quantitative methods using questionnaires and Qualitative methodologies (especially Key Informant Interview and Focus Group Discussion)
4). Ability to write GOOD report
Remuneration: You will be paid based on DAMAX and Client rates. You will also receive training and continuous support after the training.
