Naomba nyie wakaka na wadada wa Huduma kwa Wateja crdb mjirekebishe kauli zenu. Mnapigiwa simu mtoe msaada lakini majibu yenu yanakuwa ni ya ajabu na ya kukatisha tamaa. Mbaya zaidi mnajibu majibu ya mkato na kwa sauti za nyodo sana. Nimepiga simu muda mfupi kuelezea tatizo langu lakini mdada aliyepokea simu amekuwa akijibu majibu ambayo hayaonyeshi ile customer care tunayoitarajia na mwisho akakata simu kabla sijamaliza Maelezo ya tatizo nililolipata.
Tunaomba uongozi muwafanyie training hao watu kabla ya kuwapa kazi. Kuna watu wengi mtaani wa nahitaji kazi hivyo ukipata kazi itendee hali na uwajibike ipasavyo.

Nilidhani yamenikuta peke yangu. Kuna siku niliwapigia walichonijibu nilishiwa nguvu. Asubuhi yake nikaenda kuvuta mzigo wangu wote nikafunga account. Hawana adabu kabisa. Halafu sio call centre tu. Hata wa counter nao wana nyodo utafikiri tunaenda kuwaomba msaada pale.

Ni ushenzi tu. Hata akiwa chakula ya boss ndio atuletee sisi dharau? Akamfanyie mke mwenzie dharau. Sisi hatujafuata urembo wake, tumefata bank service. Bahati yao matusi hayaruhusiwi humu

Nilidhani yamenikuta peke yangu. Kuna siku niliwapigia walichonijibu nilishiwa nguvu. Asubuhi yake nikaenda kuvuta mzigo wangu wote nikafunga account. Hawana adabu kabisa. Halafu sio call centre tu. Hata wa counter nao wana nyodo utafikiri tunaenda kuwaomba msaada pale.
Inakera sana kaka..yaani pesa ya kwako na wewe ni mteja lakini inakuwa kama vile tunawanyenyekea. Hicho ndicho kinavhofuatia ni kuwakimbia tu na kuhamia benki nyingine.

Training ya wiki mbili kamwe haiwezi kuondoa tabia mtu aliyokuwa nayo kwa muda wa miaka zaidi ya 20. Malezi bora huanzia ngazi ya familia pamoja na mtu mwenyewe kujiongeza.......................

Heee eti ndio "bank that listens" inabidi wabadili wajiite "bank that LISTENED", hawajui wateja ndio wanawaweka hapo? I wishi Dr Kimei angeona ujumbe wako angekuzawadia.

Naona wakuu mnaongea kwa uchungu sana..Nyodo zao inawezekana zinasababishwa na kutokujua kitu ulichomuuliza,sasa kwa sababu hajui akujibu nini,anatumia dharau kama defensive mechanism ili usimuulize sana...Mara ningi watu wa customer care huwa hawana uelewa mkubwa wa banking operations hasa kwenye naswala ya procedures na technical ishues nyingine...Kwa ushauri tu ukiweza kupata number za Back Office Unit head office,wao ndo wana uelewa mpana sana kuusu operations..Lakini hawa customer care wengi ni chai sana....
