Dear all,
Greetings from X part of Tanzania,
As I was watching one clip (source, Azam News), I heard Tundu Lissu's reflections about the 2017 Kenya democratic election, which have made incumbent Uhuru Kenyatta a winner. He strongly urged Tanzanians to learn from our neighbor Kenyans, for allowing prisoners, and expatriates in election participating, and absolutely agree with him. Following to this he talked also about the roles of Chadema in Kenya election being in the side of Jubilee, a ruling part.
My friends, as you all know, the way how politicians play with our minds, he commented by giving an example of CCM, being a friend of ANC, South Africa, FRELIMO, Mozambique etc. and of course, he was correct but with caution, in the sense that those are still ruling political parts in their respective countries. Adding to this, from the best of my knowledge, correct me if I'm wrong, I have never heard, in this world, an opposition political part, supporting its rival ruling counterpart, this has happened, for the first time in Tanzania and I'm sorry to say this, since their 2015 decision, CDM started conducting a prostitute if not an opportunistic-type of politics, and it is affecting miserably its credibility. Based on this, CDM is now a political part we can't rely on, to bring plan B for moving this country ahead, it is a traitor of its own agenda, untrustable and lack clear focus.
With sadness, I didn't hear any comment from this guy, regarding Odinga's claims of election rigging (Uchakachuaji) by Jubilee, Kenyatta's ruling political party, of which these guys do complain on the same problem, and adding to that in our 2015 election, Lowassa et al, gave the same complaint. As we going toward 2020, don't get surprised seeing Lissu et al, using our media strongly urging (huku akitokwa na povu) international communities, ili Tanzania itengwe, isipewe misaada etc because of rigging election.
To this end, there is no true democracy in Africa, and what makes me say this is the brutality and insanity act of killing Chris Msando, a well-trained ICT expert, who could prevent hackers from attempting rigging election and this strongly support likelihood of Odinga's claims to happen in 2017 Kenya election. Based on this, you call yourself democratic African countries? Bado sana. Digital election, is a current threat to the will of people worldwide, particularly in Africa.
All the best,
K
