CNN na Daladala in Dar Es Salaam

This city is often ignored by travelers heading to Tanzania's big tourist destinations -- it's not hard to see why.
"Dar" has few obvious attractions and can get hot and sticky.
Its streets are filled with traffic, exhaust fumes and dust.

No modern roads, we don't even have a single flyover as a result of which there's always traffic jams especially near intersections. Dar Es Salaam is a typical third world city. Our planners have got to up their game, they must stop "thinking like Africans" if I may borrow Zuma's words.

We want modern road not bla bla from magamba, tuwaambie hawa walopo madarakani miundo mbinu ya kisasa ndo suluhu ya kukomesha folen.
