This is turning into a farce. The FBI should reopen the investigation, NOT the chief of Police.
There's no way a Rookie on the force can get away with reporting a superior, plenty of others were given the "boot" for trying.
What use is a court of law when all your colleagues belong to the Blue Wall, NO ONE SEES or HEARS anything.
Now as for "under tremendous pressure" I was under the impression, AND led to believe, that the officers were trained JUST FOR THAT, and not for SHOOTING OLD LADY'S / BLUE TRUCKS / RANDOM WHITE DUDES.
