During the colonial period throughout Africa the Kings sold the resources to the white people in turn they were given gifts. All the natural resources were stolen from Africa to enrich this people while Africa was left languishing in poverty. Today its time for China! They are everywhere in Africa to get whatever was left behind in the name of development
