Trust should be earned not demanded,If you want your partner to trust you, you will have to earn it by your words and especially with your actions. Don't assume trust exists, Always work hard to earn it.
Don't make promises you can't keep, it reduces your partners trust.
Be sure you can deliver before you offer.
If you promise your partner you are going to do something,
Make sure you do it.
Be Open, don't keep Secrets from each other, Secrets break up Relationships very fast.
Having an open mind towards your partner helps him or her to share his or her deepest secrets with you which is a sign that she trust you. Also make sure their secrets are safe with you.
Avoid finding your self in places that will make your partner to become suspicious of you .
