A commuter bus negotiates through a pond on potholed Bwawani Street at Kijitonyama, Dar es Salaam, yesterday.Ironically, the street is one of those the Surface & Marine Transport Regulatory Authority (Sumatra) has ordered buses plying the Mwenge/Kariakoo, Mwenge/Posta & Mwenge/Mbagala (via Makumbusho stand) to use.
Wandugu,serikali imeshindwa(kwa uzembe au whatever reasons),je vipi wakazi wa mtaa/barabara hio hawawezi kuchangishana kuweka angalau kifusi tu kwenye hilo dimbwi??
NB:Kuna uwezekano baadhi ya hawa wakazi wa mtaa huu wanachangia hela nyingi tu kwa ajili ya harusi,vicheni pati,hina pati etc.
