West Bromwich_Albion Vs Arsenal_The Gunners
Fixture
Saturday 6 April 2013 | The Hawthorns | Kick-off 22:00
West Bromwich Albion head coach Steve Clarke: "They are going to make it difficult for us but we are relishing the match."
Team news: Midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu is ruled out through suspension. The DR Congo international will start a three game-ban for his red card for violent conduct during the 3-1 away defeat against West Ham last weekend. But Albion have a ready-made replacement in James Morrison who has recovered from a hamstring injury suffered against Stoke before the recent international break.
West Brom (from): Foster, Myhill, Daniels, Reid, Jones, Olsson, McAuley, Tamas, Ridgewell, Popov, Dorrans, Yacob, Brunt, Morrison, Thomas, Lukaku, Long, Fortune, Odemwingie, Rosenberg, Sawyers, Brown.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger: no press conference
Team news: The Gunners could still be without both Jack Wilshere and Theo Walcott for the trip to the Hawthorns. Wilshere (ankle) and Walcott (hip/thigh) have returned to training but assistant manager Steve Bould has only give the England pair an "outside chance" of being involved at the Hawthorns.Abou Diaby (knee) is a long-term absenteefor the Gunners, with manager Arsene Wenger again having to make a decision on whether to recallcaptain Thomas Vermaelen.
Arsenal (from): Fabianski, Szczesny, Sagna, Vermaelen, Mertesacker, Monreal, Gibbs, Jenkinson, Koscielny, Cazorla, Arteta, Wilshere, Ramsey, Rosicky, Coquelin, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Walcott, Arshavin, Podolski, Gervinho, Giroud.
Match Appointments
