Some are increasingly worried about a return to the cold war erra. The divide between the US-Europe and Russia-China is growing bigger and their impact on "third world" countries is increasing in intensity.

1. The old dys os spying are back (China Spying on US, NSA scandals et)
2. The efforts to seduce African governments/dictatorships are back (see US-Kagama and as of today now France-Kabila, but also Russia cancelling $20Billion of African debts).

Would Brasil and India play a role in cooling things down? What do these new alignment have to do with the recent recruidecense of violence in Africa (terorism in Kenya and Nigeria, Ethnic cleansing in South Soudan and CAR)...

Naomba analysts watufafanulie kidogo (Some nteresting articles from Steve Dii: https://www.jamiiforums.com/international-forum/5152-the-cold-war-is-back.html)

The cold war was good for the world. It maintaned a balance of terror and assured some respect for poor developing countries. Now we have a sole super power who goes around bullying others and trampling on the rights of the smaller weaker Nations. Let the cold war come back.
