Dear Applicant, Ref: Call for Training Registration and Participation Confirmation Stage
On behalf of our organization, I am obliged to inform you that after desk review of your cv and application documents submitted for the advertised volunteer job position of Project Field Officers under Youth Awareness Program-Tanzania, you have passed our initial desk assessment criteria, and that you have been selected to replace the applicants who couldn't confirm to participate in our training course due to family problems and others due to financial problems, hence you have been included among other candidates who have been offered an offer to attend a three weeks training course in Dar es salaam from 6th September depending on your acceptance. Under this program, our organization is offering an opportunity for serious and committed scholars to Register for Training (3 weeks training), Volunteer for Experience (6 Months) and Get Employed for Professionalism (2 years contract).
Our organization has partnered with a third part consultant company to oversee and carry out the Training Course. Graduate Organization only encourages committed candidates and scholars to register for volunteers training course. If you are not committed we strongly discourage you to apply for training.
Remember that our organization doesnt pay salary for volunteers, but we only offers compulsory incentives to create smooth and standard volunteering environment like per diem, transportation, communication and accommodation as clearly described in the job advertisement sheet, as copied here below
Graduate international will provide the following to support unemployed volunteers when the Project Commence
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner/per diem: Tsh 20,000/= per day, paid on monthly basis
Communication for field work: Tsh 5000/=per day, paid on weekly basis
Accommodation when doing field work: Tsh 25,000/= , per day, paid on weekly basis
Volunteers Personal Pocket allowance of Tsh 60,000/= per month
The organization will provide transport for long distance travel for field work or other office duties as per logistics.
Other long term benefits in volunteering with us are the assurance of job opportunities in various projects implemented by GIO after six months of volunteering. We only employ hardworking volunteers, flexible, knowledgeable and good learners. Successful volunteers shall sign a two years employment contract after six months of volunteering
As a successfully selected candidate you are required to confirm if you are ready to volunteer with us by doing the following;
To confirm your participation by registering online to a three weeks training session which will be conducted in Dar es salaam (from 06[SUP]th[/SUP] September) and paying the training registration fee of Tsh 50,000/=, the deadline for online registration and payment is 26[SUP]th[/SUP] August 2014. The paid amount will cover for your training certificate; workshop training materials, free TOT software. Only applicants who have confirmed by registering online for the training course shall be contacted to attend the training course and other volunteering schedules.

You Are Required to Register for the Training Immediately from now best before 26[SUP]th[/SUP] August 2014, if by any chance you miss the deadline please dont register before writing us an email to know if your name is not replaced already. If you are not ready to register for training course please let us know so that we can replace you with other interested candidates before it is too late.
Once you confirm your participation by registering for training course and paying the training registration fee you will receive official Training and Volunteering Invitation Email, which will consist of all details about the training schedules as well as specific training conference hall which shall be used. The organization shall provide accommodation and meal inkind (that means not in cash money, but direct material or service) for the whole period of the training.

Thanks for giving me this opportunity but there are issues i am not clear with and may you please provide me with some additional information. By paying 50 thousands i will attend 3 weeks training programme, what next after training.? will i go back home with the certificate awarded and waiting for projects or there is any thing that follows on spot?

After three weeks training, all candidates shall be allocated stations to start volunteering in dar, morogoro, arusha, mwanza, zanzibar, mbeya, kigoma, kagera, pwani and iringa
The volunteering exercise shall be for six months, then after that candidates who will prove skillful and fast learners shall be awarded a two years contract to work in our projects

I was trying to register my self in Online registration. but in getting Training YAP-ID Number i was instucted to send money to a personal number instead of paying company bill. Is this not registerd organisation?
