Think of new ideas on web and information technology....
Idea-1 :- User experience is driven by performance and creates perception of the service. In telecom the performance is monitored by the network operation centers and perception is evaluated through Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys. CSAT surveys however do not result in tangible actionable for network. If experience could be checked and correlated with performance, it would help provide actionable to improve network. Process will thus help improve network by identifying factors degrading the experience. This would also help improve network efficiency, optimize cost and improve revenues.
Idea-2:- Start-up eScore is providing technology based analytical platform for students’ academic and behavioral assessment. It is designed to help Academic Institutions, students in identification and quantification of weak/strong academic areas through assessment. Entire academic route map of academic development can be planed, monitored and streamlined by using our easy web and mobile application. A positive environment of collaborative learning will support institutions to involve students in the studies. Appropriate use of product will increase branding of institute and quality of learnings amongst the students. Also, all the academic departments can be connected for exchange of important information.

It will provide them a unique experience that will be not only long lasting in the user’s mind but also highly effective from business point of view. In the long run the product will be a part of day-to-day activities of common man in a way they interact with the digital media and devices now a days. Information will be widely available for the user on the open interactive platforms to get best and fast accessibility.
