Currently we own and operate Rice mill with processing capacity of 40t/day, Maize mill (Roller) with processing capacity of 20t/day, Maize mill (Hummer) with processing capacity of 10t/day, Animal feed with processing capacity of 30tn/day. We also have storage facilities for processed and unprocessed product of about 2,000 sqm. We have poultry unit, horticulture unit with two green houses, cows shed and bakery within the area, which are not included for rent currently; however for addition pay and if the investor is interested to rent all facilities rooms for negotiation is available.
Our factory is in Mafinga Town, 70km from Iringa Municipal in Tanzania with an area of 2.20Ha and is fenced with breaks.
We are seeking interested person/s or company to rent our facilities for a period of three years up to five years. The reason of renting our facilities is due to the fact that we want to concentrate in our new business of baking different products, so that the amount earned as rental fee will assist as working capital our new business.
Remember Southern highlands of Tanzania is very potential for maize and paddy cultivation and the Agro processing business is highly profitable and the market of processed product is widely available in neighbours’ countries including Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, DRC and South Sudan.
The rental price of the property is 10,000USD per month for period of three up to five years
Inspection and testing machines before renting is allowed and deems necessary.
