hello ndugu
The 240cm offset fibre dishes can be transported from Dar es salaam to Mombasa at a charge of 4,000 ksh @. Usafiri wa kufikisha dishes Nairobi from Dar is still a challenge.
Dear members ASAS could not let sleep without updating the forum members! What you see on the picture IS NOT WHAT YOU GET!!I had arranged with a pal to pick for me the dish and reroute to Nairobi from Msa via G4S. I got a call from estate caretaker that G4S has delivered this strange BIG Sufuria! I was astonished ,and the clock was ticking very very slowly .Finally the gong struck and like one of the mad F1 drivers i got home in record time. You should have seen the open mouth look,I had been struck ,the 240 was BIG!!the pictures on the fora are quite scaled down.It came in two pieces each weighing 34 kg. I must comment Subbi for the well done Job ,we communicated over whatssup from the day of interest and I must mention he is quite a gentlemen ,he actually had the dish courier while i was searching for ways of transfering the money from Nairobi to Dar,a challenge i must say.
How we did:
1.After our whatsupp contract we agreed on 8K for purchase price,4K transport from Dar to Mombasa
2. Money transfer ,quite a challenge finally cracked it when i got a kenyan leaving in Dar/Tz,i transferred 12k via mpesa(safaricom) ,he then transferred the equivalent in TSHS via airtel money to the number given by Subbi
3.Subbi confirmed the dish had left a day earlier and was in mombasa the next morning.
4. Connected my Msa contact with Subbi Msa contact ,he verified and called G4S to pick them from the same location and provided the delivery address (notice 2 dishes came from subbi ,one for me ,second for a forum member in Kitengela). The Kitengela member collaborated with me and had his delivered today .He will update the forum at his convenience.
You will need to rotate the picture! Will keep you posted as fabrication work start, Viva FTA and many thanks Subbi
