I've been told this is the mother of all cband lbnfs available in Kenya and it's got WiFi signal filter. Lemme get on the roof and see how it performsView attachment 675329View attachment 675330
Had the Pauxis c/ku combo which couldn't get anything. Infact am selling it at a throw away price. The Eurostar gold plus performed wonders within 30 min as a parasite. Where supermax couldn't get even Telechad On NSs 12, this lnb got 72% on that critical TP. The goodies appear scrambled but thats a problem with strong. View attachment 675462
Not many brands of C/Ku Combo exist. So far I,ve only come across pauxis combo. So it would be better to buy a Eurostar for Cband then combine Juakalilly with a ku band lnb of your choice. any brand of a ku will do for your combination since the Ku TP at 68 isn't that elusive.Which is the best C/Ku Combo LNB can someone eyeing IS20 go for after your discovery of Pauxis' dismal performance?
Ha! 6ft is becoming more and more useless as these guys reduce the signal strength. I tried nabbing 57e using 6ft, all I could get with Eurostar lnb was the BFS package n telechad. Got advice to buy supermax 777 which performed even worse. Decided to get 8ft. Aint sure about performance of 6ft on apstar 7 but yesterday I was advised here that it only downloads a few TPs. Hope they are the required TPs

The SuperMAx was just bad. So bad I couldn't believe after all the praises I,ve seen it receiving here. Eurostar ESCD 600 Gold Outperformed It!! Both on 57E and 68.5! . Thats why I specifically went to town to ask for Supermax sold in other shops to compare if it is the same as the the one I was using then stumbled on the Eurostar Gold Plus. I will post a picture when I get back to the house. By the way products from old companies are the riskiest because they are the most targeted by counterfeiters. Its easier to fall a Victim of a Fake Sony Product than to fall a victim of a fake Bruhm Electronic Product. Hold on I'll post a pic for the house to judge.freq, Despite the fact that you managed to lock on to nss12 using EuroStar ES-21 GOLD+, it is no reason to shaun SuperMax vh777. For a company that started way back in 1994, it can not be assumed that they don't know their own league.
When i advised you to go for SuperMax vh777 it's because it topped the test-list not only in East Africa but as far as West Africa as a readily available & cheap LNB. For SuperMax vh777 to have "performed worse" personally invokes a question as to where the error occured. For those who managed to track nss12 in 2016/17, they can confirm how the said broadcaster erratically shifted frequencies and signal levels. Surprisingly, SuperMax vh777 came up as one of the best LNBs. We live in Wi-Fi infested environs and although these signals do impair satellite signals, at least one tp should have popped up using the vh777 that you had installed.
The current signal of tp. 4095h/ 30000 is without a lot of wahalas, its strong; so if the said SuperMax vh777 LNB "couldn't get even TeleChad" then most probably the LNB was a counterfeit product. Just last year a sat mate, colesbergkhn from South Africa posted a photo of a fake SuperMax vh777 being sold by Ghanaian dealers in South Africa.
Kindly post a picture of the SuperMax vh777 that you purchased so as to access its genuinity. If it comes up as OK then at least take a breather and figure out what might have been the issue.
Well here are the pics for the VH777. I was fooled by the fact that it came with a thick dielectric plate.

Was told the sameOut of curiosity does c band Pauxis lnb have a dielectric? Someone bought the lnb and the biscuit was not there and was told that the lnb doesn't use it. Is this the case?
Ohhh well many have fallen victim if you are certain the above package is a fake, would ask kindly for you to post a pic of genuine Supermax?Thats very fake, original supermax performs well and on 57e on 6ft, 3740h on IS20 is very tough using same equipment
Nice challenge those saying its fake should post a pic of the genuine one. And highlight distinct features that sets it apart from the fake oneOhhh well many have fallen victim if you are certain the above package is a fake, would ask kindly ask you to post a pic of genuine Supermax?

Hehee...yeah I know the drill because I was able to read the thread from the very first page. I am still trying to gather equipment. I acquired two old dishes: Eurostar and Elsat, that were being used for d**v by my folks. So I wish to start there. In the process of buying an lnb preferably a Stargold to add to the ordinary eurostar that has been in use then later a Strong decoder...will keep you updated.Welcome. Guru's might tell you to post photos of your setup & equipment just to confirm you're not dxtv mole. Don't take it for intimidation like I did.
I see the genuine one has a serial number. The counterfeit doesn't. The counterfeit has that red "hd ready" label that makes it more beautiful than the genuine one. Avoid those shops along Tiriki lane off sheikh karume street cbd Nairobi where they sell it.
